Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Summary


The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support and various projects for both the B2C and Marketing departments at Nespresso. 

Responsibilities: 

•    Support all B2C (Trade, eCommerce, & Retail) & Marketing departments with setting up of vendors in Nessoft and creation of Purchase Orders and help follow through with payments in due time. 
•    Completes purchase order (PO) month-end reconciliation to support DF & accrual processes.
•    Lead meetings with budget owners from various teams. 
•    Assist Accounts Payable & Procurement with invoice compliance and reconciliation. 
•    Support B2C team with PCard reconciliation. 
•    Assists with the development of the agendas for team meetings. 
•    Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct Supervisor. 

Requirements: 

•    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
•    2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in an Office or Corporate environment, supporting Management or Executive Leadership. 
•    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). 
•    Must have strong analytical, organizational and communication (oral and written) skills. 
•    Must be detail-oriented and be willing and able to manage confidential information with discretion. 
•    Must have excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. 
•    Current or prior experience with analyzing business information and communicating key information to others via verbal and written electronic media presentations preferred.
