This will be a 10-week internship which will begin on June 9th and end on August 15th.
This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Transform HR data into powerful narratives - Use research methodology and internal and external HR data collection to construct compelling data visuals (graphs, charts etc.) aliged with the organizations strategic goals (HR Roadmap) to emphasize how HR data driven decisions contribute to those goals
- Craft data-informed HR visualizations to build trust, empower decision making, and drive engagement
- Explore ways to measure the effectiveness of initiatives beyond simple financial metrics (ie.survey data, performance data) to quantify data driven HR initiatives impact and ROI
Develop a process and approach where social media can be implemented throughout the employee lifecycle - Develop a social campaign (videos, reels, podcasts etc.) to showcase own real life experience with HR lifecycle moments (recruitment, onboarding, performance review, exit etc.) that resonate with employees highlighting a meaningful employee lifecycle journey
- Leverage the human element of process and data to drive engagement, inspire action, and create sense of community
- Authentic dialogue
- Emulate styles of social channels (Tiktok, X, YouTube..) that resonate with the future workforce (ie. GenZ, Alpha etc.)
Intern will gain exposure to various aspects of human resources and stakeholders, using their personal employee lifecycle experiences and data informed insights to create HR social campaigns and HR data visualizations to capture employee culture in an authentic way and showcase the impact of HR data driven decisions.

Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college
The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
