Product Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

 

Supports the Product Marketing team and specifically, the Coffee Product Marketing Manager, in the implementation of the brand’s product strategy. The role will help coordinate day-to-day operational needs and ensure timely execution of product launches.

 

A Day in the Life:
•  Serves as Marketing key point of contact for all operational elements associated with product launches, including timeline management, new item set-up, and pricing implementation
•  Creates and issues memos in a timely manner; making certain cross-functional teams are equipped with the necessary information to successfully introduce new products to the market
•  Maintains launch calendar for entire portfolio across systems and channels; ensuring information is proactively communicated to relevant stakeholders
•   Liaises with Nespresso HQ Product Team in Switzerland to secure product samples and align launch timelines and deliverables
•   Assists with monthly and annual business planning meetings as needed by Coffee Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Director
•   Actively participates in key cross-functional meetings, including the Marketing Activities Committee and other assigned taskforce meetings
•   Assists with consumer research by helping to develop stimuli and coordinating timelines with Nespresso Insight & Analytics Team
•   Establishes central repository and system for key document storage and maintenance
•   Manages on-site and off-site inventory of products to be leveraged for photo shoots and events
•   Responsible for PO management process, ensuring compliance with key Procurement / Finance standards
•   Assists Product Marketing Team in managing monthly DF submissions as well as full year budgets

 

Winning Skill Sets: 

•  Bachelor's Degree Required 
•  1- 2 Years experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Communications required
•  Experience collaborating with multiple functions in a corporate environment
•  Ability to identify when and how to escalate issues to management level 
•  Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team; comfort running large meetings 
•  Excellent proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint 
•  Strong project and budget management skills preferred Capable of multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced environment 
•  Travel required (5%)
