Position Summary

The Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator will maintain Nespresso assets by accurately reviewing and maintaining customer records. The coordinator will ensure on time and accurate allocation of invoices, and will support the team by delivering quality service. The coordinator performs all Accounts Receivable duties and ensures customer payments are correctly posted. They will handle the collection process and ensure prompt collection of aged outstanding receivables to limit the amount of Bad Debt, and ensure monthly cash and credit card reconciliation.

Core responsibilities: 
•    Review and advise NBS Lviv team on customer payments and allocations
•    Works on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager or Accounting Manager 
•    Handle collection process: Call delinquent accounts and mail statements
•    Respond to customer inquiries timely and politely 
•    Mail invoices based on customer requests or as part of the collection process 
•    Review credit limits
•    Verifies credit rating of new customers (Trade partners and B2B customers)
•    Review open customer credits
•    Partner with Trade team and B2B team
•    Attend and actively participate in weekly credit control meetings 
•    Performs due diligence on credit histories
•    Timely closure of Meridian tickets

Education & Experience Requirements: 
•    Associates degree in accounting, required; Bachelor's degree preferred
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable required
•    Accounting and Finance knowledge 
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
