Position Summary:


The Senior Commercial Development Coordinator will be responsible for making Nespresso the preferred Single Serve coffee brand with our Strategic Partners by supporting the Commercial Development Team ensuring flawless operations. This role will also develop, implement and communicate processes including data management, and policies while ensuring alignment with cross-functional peers. This role will also support implementation and drive operational reporting and efficiencies. This is a hybrid based opportunity which will work out of Nespresso's Corporate office in Manhattan (NYC). 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage projects and initiatives for operational efficiency

 

  • Own upcoming team projects (ie new product launches, new account opening, E2E operational initiatives) in collaboration with Trade Operations
  • Be Trade Support main contact (ie exception in return management)
  • Lead Account set-up (ie vendor portal, SKU coordination)
  • Support KAMS with purchase order and non-operational chargeback management
  • Coordinate event set-up and small shipments (ie. samples for demo, events) 
  • Own Aerochinno budget management and other related structures

 

Support cross-department collaboration and communication

 

  • Maintain internal communication system across all channels 
  • Participate in recurrent cross-functional and project meetings
  • Own organization and operational duties to facilitate track and implementation of new accounts/process
  • Establish Operational Reviews with Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Coordinate with COE for customer care interactions, adapt process and communicate 
  • Liaise with Trade Marketing for content and asset management or setup 

 

Build and ensure process management & compliance 

 

  • Create cross-functional standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure policy and procedures are up to date and cascaded properly to Trade team
  • Establish process for reporting and communicate with corresponding concerned stakeholders 
  • Navigate and utilize Vendor Portals to ensure business continuity

 

Reporting 

 

  • Support the implementation of newly created reporting
  • Generate recurrent reporting for both project management and daily business utilizing ERS and PowerBI
  • Participate to creation and communication of reporting tools

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field of study is preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience in Operations, Process & Project management required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Experience with managing multiple projects across functions 
  • Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines 

 

The approximate pay range for this this position is $54,000 to $77,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
