POSITION SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Sr Analyst (Audiences) and take charge of building, managing, and standardizing user audiences at Nespresso. By leveraging data from diverse digital channels, you will contribute to our customer data platform (Segment) and enable seamless communication, targeted advertising, and effective tracking. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define audiences and ensure their availability across all channels, empowering us to create impactful multi-channel campaigns with consistent messaging. Hybrid opportunity: 2 days onsite at Nespresso USA's NYC Manhattan Herald Square office, with the remaining days working remotely from home.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Segment CDP Subject Matter Expert:
- Build data mapping from multiple sources to create a combined user view
- Work with stakeholders to build channel specific audiences
- Work with stakeholders to build cross channel audiences
- Integrate all channel destinations in CDP to receive audiences
Project Management:
- Manage competing timelines and priorities while being Responsible for understanding business needs and strategic impact of projects
- Build project timelines and project plans to manage key stakeholders and interim deadlines for on-time delivery
- Evaluate potential risks and hedge accordingly
Stakeholder Management:
- Responsible for translating business needs into detailed requirements for technical teams
- Responsible for communicating data management process into non-technical language
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree , with studies in STEM field preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with digital customer data like website interactions, CRM or Media data
- 2+ years’ experience in Media, Ecommerce or DTC industry
- Experience using Python, R, SQL and other scripting languages
- Experience in Agile Product Management
- Qualitative analytical ability and familiarity with A/B testing
- Strong project management skills to handle competing and parallel project demands effectively
- Experience managing cross functional stakeholders - Marketing, Sales, Product, IT
- Working knowledge of various Marketing disciplines: customer segmentation, Email/SMS programs, social media, paid media, call center operations
SKILLS:
- Structured, process-oriented, and analytical self-starter
- Strong problem-solving mentality and continuous improvement mindset aligned with NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence).

- Deliverables-focused and time-bound with a high tolerance for stress

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000- $130,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
