Position Summary:
As the Senior Demand Planning Manager, you will play a key role in our organization by implementing and leading the Demand Planning process for our Coffee, Machines, and Accessory categories. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in line with our business expectations and have a significant impact.
In this position, you will lead a team of demand planners, driving the optimization of the end-to-end demand planning process and tools. Your expertise will be vital in establishing a central demand planning model, fostering stronger interactions between demand planning teams, commercial functions, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive business growth:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to gather insights and ensure an accurate medium-long term holistic top-line forecastingWork with Logistics, Transportation, CoE, Technical & Quality to elaborate a long-term plan for sizing the Operations assets accordingly with the Business Evolution
- Support and influence decisions on Capex investment
- Work with HQ SC to set the long-term Market Supply model in the most effective and efficient way
- Work with Trade Partners to elaborate and implement a CPFR process (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment)
- Manage Demand Planning Process for Coffee, Machines and Accessories:
- Ensure the E2E effectiveness of the Demand Planning Processes in line with the medium-long term strategy:
- Demand Planners sharing and validating consensus demand plans in Mancom
- Demand planning the baseline statistically and translating the Commercial Activity Plans into uplifts
- Demand Plan sign-off from the Market Mancom via the Market Demand Planners
- CRM and Finance to provide their volume projections
- Consolidation of the Market Demand plan for arbitrage and adjustment at HQ level
- Provide accurate volumes for DF/OP purposes
- Ensure compliance:
- Manage and engage a team of skilled Demand Planners in order to continuously improve the quality of the demand signal
- Ensure continuous alignment with Business expectations while meeting the agreed levels of SC performance in the market
- Manage risk on DP side in terms of planning processes and systems
- Regular interactions with HQ functions to align on guidelines and priorities
- Ensure resource availability to support market in the audit preparation phases
- Lead change management across market to ensure understanding and commitment on compliance initiatives
- Effectively contribute to the S&OP by active and constructive participation in the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and Dynamic Forecast (DF)processes.
- Operational excellence:
- Ensure a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained
- Fully understands and implements NCE principles as a standard way of working
- Develop People :
- Manage / Coach team for professional growth and ensure completion of PDP, including talent assessment
- Ensure follow-up of PDP actions along year and maintain job success profiles
- Propose trainings and career development plans for direct reports
- Define succession plans in the team
- Ensure the right level of experience, skills and development opportunities in the markets
- Plan workload and allocate resources, recruit people for open positions.
Experience & Education Requisition:
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance (business planning/Dynamic forecasting) or Mathematics, required Engineer or Master Degree level preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, project and trade-off management, including lead of the MBP process and negotiation with commercial functions
- 5+ or more years of relevant operational experience at market /
- business level in at least one of the following areas:
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Project Management in the area of DSP
- Successful project lead in at least one of the following areas :
- Sales / Marketing
- Customer Service
- Supply Chain Development
- Purchasing
- Knowledge in product portfolio management (type of demand, seasonality, lifecycle status, shelf-life)
- Computer literate (Excel and reporting tools such as Cognos any Business Intelligence)
- Preliminary experience with a demand statistical tool is an asset (SAS, SAP/APO, etc.)
- Good knowledge of supply chain KPIs (demand plan accuracy, stock cover, stock availability, etc.)
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
The approximate pay range for this position is $165,000.00 to $175,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
