About the role
This is a Nordic role with responsibility across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will play a key part in collaborating with external partners and building strong relationships with our customers and machine partners to drive mutual success. The role focuses on supporting and activating the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto machine recruitment strategy, strengthening brand presence and driving sales growth across the region. Based in our Oslo office, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the Nordics and report to the brand Business Lead of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, who is based in Copenhagen. As part of the role, you should expect regular travel within the Nordic countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external partners and customers, building and nurturing strong relationships to drive mutual success.
- Lead customer dialogue and follow-up activities with selected customers across the Nordic region.
- Drive sales excellence and execute the in-store POS strategy, including optimizing machine and capsule sell-out, in-store activations, and POS material development.
- Own and coordinate the Nordic demo strategy, leading the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of our demo program across the region.
- Drive internal focus on NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto across the Nordic countries, fostering cross-functional alignment and accelerating the brand's growth within the Coffee division.
- Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance across Nordic markets.
We are looking for someone who is motivated by executing plans, creating visibility in-store, and delivering measurable commercial results.
About you
We are looking for a structured and hands-on person who enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with others. You are action-oriented, commercially driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
We believe you have:
- An academic background, or has practical experience, that supports the work of Marketing and Sales
- Hands on experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A problem solving and can-do attitude
- Fluency in Nordic language
- Enthusiasm and drive, and can take ownership of the responsibilities within this position
