Who will be responsible for developing, delivering and executing the B2B Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy. You will be working together with HQ and the local stake holders to project manage the overall CLM strategy. You will deep dive into the progression of steps a customer goes through when considering buying, using, and staying loyal to the Nespresso brand. You will also in this role provide B2B Sales, NESSOFT and contract management support as well as ensuring compliance with regards to monthly reporting deadlines set by HQ and the Market. Your responsibilities will include.
- CLM - Collaborating with Key Internal Stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategy and channel plan
- Managing and executing all communications between key stakeholders and the Sales Team
- CRM Management
- B2B sales support and contract management
- Internal controls and compliance
