We have an exciting opportunity for passionate Full Time Customer Service Specialists to join the Nespresso Contact Centre Team in North Sydney.
We are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists who…
Will be ambassadors for the Nespresso brand and share their love and expertise of our coffee brand with our customers and club members. You will have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues. Your customer centric approach and passion for providing exceptional customer service will make you successful in the role. Intermediate level skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Office including outlook and excel is desired. Your responsibilities will include;
- Acting as a Brand ambassador and growing your knowledge of Nespresso to develop into an experienced Coffee Specialist
- Handling customer service interactions through multiple touchpoints such as phone, live chat and digital with a first contact resolution philosophy
- Working autonomously to deliver 5 star customer service and consistently delight our customers
- Identifying process improvements to enable seamless service solutions and enhance the Nespresso customer experience for customer facing employees and customers alike
