We are currently recruiting for a CRM Specialist to support the business in understanding consumer behaviour and anticipating trends through statistical analysis of the consumer base.

 

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you are a switched on CRM specialist who is passionate about data and thrives on finding insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.  Your experience in data mining, sharing insights with product, brand and channel teams and an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will set you up for success in this business critical function.  

 

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Profiling and segmenting the consumer database
  • Working with the CRM Campaign Manager to design and execute campaigns, ensuring they are built to brief, achieving targets and ROI benchmarks
  • Developing and automating reports to support campaign activity and monthly KPI reporting
  • Providing analysis and insights in support of strategic business issues
  • Managing database quality, integrity and enrichment

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in CRM or quantitative consumer insight
  • Experience with direct marketing such as direct marketing campaigns (eDMs, DMs), segmentation and basket analysis and optimisation of customer value 
  • Experience in building test and learn approaches to CRM campaigns 
  • Experience in Adobe Campaign or Unica and a solid campaign development background is highly desired
  • Excellent technical skills in SQL & SPSS Modeler or an equivalent data mining tool as well as strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand strategic business needs, develop corresponding analysis and recommend actions
  • An ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced and changing environment
