Nespresso currently has an exciting career opportunity for you. We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Specialists who have the ability to act as ambassadors for the Nespresso brand in our Customer Relationship Centre based in North Sydney.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle customer enquiries via various communication methods (such as phone and online) with a first contact resolution philosophy
  • Share your love and expertise of our coffee brand with our customers
  • Work autonomously to deliver premium customer service and delight our customers
  • Work Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 8am - 6pm

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience working with and meeting individual and organisation targets such as efficiency and sales
  • Demonstrated customer service experience within a contact centre, hospitality or retail environment
  • Ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Resilient, empathetic and a positive attitude are essential
  • Experience using MS Office applications such as Outlook & Excel
