Nespresso has an exciting career opportunity available. We are looking for a Team Leader to join our high performing Customer Relationship Centre based in North Sydney. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 10-12 Coffee Specialists within the Customer Care Support Team to meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives and to deliver on operational improvements to enhance the premium service our Club Members receive.

 

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading, guiding and motivating a team of Customer Care Support Coffee Specialists
  • Facilitating coaching & development discussions and plans
  • Coordinating the management of back office support tasks & processes
  • Driving engagement initiatives through their team and the wider department
  • Contributing to business projects & assignments as needed

The successful candidate will ideally fulfil the following criteria:

  • Well-developed leadership & people management skills to guide and motivate a team of Coffee Specialists
  • Proven coaching & people development ability
  • Demonstrated results focus with a history of successfully working within deadlines to achieve & exceed KPIs
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency through process improvements
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills to successfully work with stakeholders in the coordination of key activities
  • Ability to effectively prioritise & find quick & workable solutions to challenges
  • Strong administrative, excel & computer skills
  • Available to work on rotating roster, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is advantageous

 

As a Team Leader, you will be involved in all of the above and more! You will take day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of your team as you guide and inspire them to strive for excellence. You will work as part of a cohesive leadership team to ensure that the performance of the Customer Relationship Centre meets the Nespresso quality standards and delivers the best service to our Club members.
