Is responsible for building a holistic view of how consumers engage with all of the Nespresso Australia and New Zealand digital touchpoints. You will utilise your comprehensive analytical skills to gather relevant insights and inform the business of new sales opportunities and will support our Oceania eCommerce management and its stakeholders with research and reporting to accelerate data driven decisions. Reporting into the eCommerce Data & Performance Lead, this role is instrumental to the evolution of the eCommerce department becoming a true data-driven channel. As such experience in eCommerce is essential as well as an understanding of the online user experience. 
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is required and will enable you to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Commerce or Finance. 3+ years of experience with web/mobile analytics, and dashboard configuration is essential. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Analysing & identify trends across the online customer journey, providing insights & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales
•    Delivering reports & dashboards to monitor the digital performance of the eChannel
•    Producing detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign reporting and insights
•    Ensuring all eCommerce activities are accurately tracked

Ideally you will also have an advanced proficiency in predictive modelling, forecasting and other statistical analyses, advanced proficiency in Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Excel, Cognos and related data-analysis software. You are an excellent communicator with a high attention to detail, strong commercial acumen and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience with an Omni-channel retailer or FMCG / Telco company will be highly regarded.
