We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ISIT Manager to lead our high performing team located in North Sydney. 

 

We are looking for a passionate and experienced ISIT Manager who …

Will effectively manage and lead a team of 6 IT Specialists & Coordinators, while orchestrating the IS Solutions that support the business including Digital, Retail, Customer Insight and Back Office. This position will require you to Identify and quantify new opportunities and capabilities required to drive market growth and be accountable for enriching IS Solutions and Services in the Market. Reporting to the Finance & Control Manager of Nespresso Oceania, the IS/IT Manager will have the responsibility of managing the IS/IT Project Management Office. This will include leading projects as well as monitoring and reporting on all IS/IT projects that span across the organisation in following the Nespresso Project Governance using and developing tools/templates and ensuring communications associated to all relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting the regional management and functions in the setup, update, maintenance and development of Nessoft (in-house ERP) in Australia and New Zealand
  • Providing expertise and complete the setup for the opening/closing/move of our business units, departments, warehouses, boutiques and operational sites
  • Supporting the validation of internal training materials for the Nessoft end users
  • Ensuring the integrity and a close monitoring of Nessoft users’ access rights

 

The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems Management (or related IS/IT field) and at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in supporting any ERP system with 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis . You will also require proven experience in managing the full project life-cycle and cross functional projects, using PMO methodologies (e.g PMI, PRINCE2 or PMBOK). Candidates should also have leadership and people management skills. Candidates with an intermediate/advanced understanding of Excel and Data Cleansing experience, e.g. XML will be highly regarded.
