Nespresso currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our dynamic and customer focused team. As the Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the physical logistics operations to ensure that our products are available to meet consumer demand. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our delivery partners as well as our warehouse partner and will take the lead on reviewing the operations strategy to identify improvements that deliver best in class efficiency and experience.

As our new Logistics Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop operational excellence in Distribution & Fulfillment Management
  • Ensure Budget Management and accuracy forecasting
  • Manage Third Party SLA by comparing actual performance with pre-defined expectations, identifying problems, and implementing appropriate actions
  • Drive improvement and innovation development opportunities in the services delivered by Third Party Providers
  • Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to have the following experience and skills:

 

  • 3 years’ senior experience directly managing third party Warehouse and Transportation partners
  • 2 years’ experience in a leadership role managing teams
  • Good reporting and proven analytical capability
  • Proven business planning and budget management skills
  • A capacity to manage and deliver on multiple priorities
  • Supply Chain Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
