Nespresso have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Nespresso Marketing team in North Sydney, managing our Subscription and Loyalty products and services.

 

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the strategy development, launch planning and category management, ensuring go-to-market activities are implemented according to best practice and in line with our brand and commercial objectives.

 

The key responisbilities are; but not limited to:

  • Developing, managing and executing a strong and comprehensive strategy, product roadmap, and business plan for subscription services and loyalty products
  • Formulating both long term and tactical campaign strategies to support your portfolio in line with cross functional teams
  • Category management and forecasting within your portfolio
  • Leading the go-to-market execution of product and service launches and campaigns across functional teams
  • Performing regular sales reviews, analysis and insight generation
  • Managing budgets in line with yearly plan
  • Liaising and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, Global HQ and external suppliers to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the activation plans

You will have the following but not limited to:

  • Prior experience pertaining to subscription services and/or loyalty
  • Demonstrated strength at building relationships and influencing without authority
  • Highly motivated to succeed with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team player with proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverables within your product scope
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and commercial acumen
  • Broad understanding of brand marketing, performance marketing and CRM marketing
  • High level of organisation and process-oriented to facilitate strong project management with cross-functional teams
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a collaborative mindset

 

The successful candidate will be degree qualified (Commerce/Business/Marketing), with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing with demonstrated Product and/or Services Management experience. You will be passionate and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Your positive attitude, curious nature, innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively will see you succeed in the role.
