CX & CRM Campaign Specialist - 12 Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for a CX & CRM & Campaign Specialist to join our Nespresso Marketing team located in North Sydney, on a 12-month contract.

We are looking for an experienced CX & CRM & Campaign Specialist who

Will support the management of the second stage of the customer lifecycle to drive loyalty, retention and overall activity management of the customer base. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will assist you in collaborating closely with analysts, insights specialists, cross functional channels and the entire marketing department to deliver effective campaigns. You will ideally have experience in CRM Campaigns within FMCG as well as strong project management and collaboration skills. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Developing local retention campaigns, managing the development of creative concepts and creating operational planning of retention campaigns
  • Executing and implementing consumer retention campaigns with support from the broader product and marketing team and conducting pre/post campaign evaluations
  • Analysing the omni-channel experience of existing members, based on customer feedback and internal and external data & insights, in close collaboration with the Data & Insights specialists
  • Optimising communications and touchpoints to improve the overall Customer Experience
