We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our passionate and dynamic Nespresso Human Resources team, located in North Sydney!
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who …
Has a strong appreciation of premium brands and of high-end retail. In this role you will have full responsibility of all aspects of HR for your designated business division including Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organisational Design and HR organisational alignment. You will be Optimistic, diligent collaborative individual with the ability to organise and prioritise workload. Reporting directly to the HR and Training Manager for Oceania, you will form part of our national HR team and contribute to enriching the Nespresso experience with our people. Your responsibilities will include;
- Build strong, personable and collaborative relationships with your portfolio, advising on best practice HR and value adding HR initiatives to support their organisational development
- Provide advice and coaching on key HR processes including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Performance Management
- Provide advice and support in relation to Employee relations including resolving issues, grievances in line with local legislation
- Enhance project management or change management with new strategic HR projects for your portfolio and assist with relevant change management strategies aligned with business outcomes
- The ability to engage and influence with integrity across all levels of the business
- Sound organisational skills and a high level of commercial acumen
In order to be considered for this role a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a trusted HR/ HR business partner or advisory experience and a University degree or equivalent in a related field will be required.
