Nespresso currently has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced B2B Customer Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic and customer focused Contact Centre team in North Sydney on a fixed term contract until the End of December 2022.

Can proactively develop relationships and manage B2B clients, understand their needs and identify growth opportunities within a given portfolio. In this role you will Manage a portfolio of B2B high value customers (HVC) and work to increase revenue, find additional opportunities for growth and develop long lasting relationships. The success candidate will have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and have a desire to build a career in sales. You will require a Sales-orientated approach to Customer Relations and understand the unique characteristics of selling luxury products. Basic reporting will be required so previous experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be highly regarded. Your responsibilities will include;


•    Supporting and expansion of customers and maintaining contact with existing clients
•    Daily management of customers’ needs
•    Upselling new coffee machines and coffee varieties
•    Identifying growth opportunities within portfolio and proactively targeting key stakeholders
•    Reactivation of existing customers through presentation of new products and services
•    Liaising with our B2B Sales Support team and other Sales teams to ensure flawless execution
•    Tailoring our value proposition to increase business with existing customers / maximize our penetration rate
•    Performing Pulse checks / Loyalty calls to our existing customers
•    Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key decision makers to build partnership
