IT Business Applications Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join our high performing Information Technology team located in North Sydney.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who …
Who will work jointly in the coordination, management and development of our existing information systems in AUS/NZ to improve efficiencies and business processes. In this role you will provide timely and effective support for the resolution of system related issues and requests working across all departments to understand their needs and develop solutions. The ideal candidate will have Must have 3-5 years working experience in supporting any ERP system and over 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis Experience .Your main responsibilities will include;

 

  • Managing ERP and other applications projects from initiation to completion independently.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering for ERP and software projects.
  • Managing stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with local, international and external stakeholders.
  • Providing support and managing operations for ERP and other applications.
  • Managing the effective governance of project governance and ensure the project governance framework is practiced.
  • Being a part of team in cross functional projects to support and manage the roll out of systems and upgrades.
  • Developing and supporting ERP super user’s community by training and developing knowledge base.
