What to Expect: 
This IT role oversees the technology that supports Consumer Data Capture & Governance. The role will manage the bond between IT and business stakeholders, ensures a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions, and advises on optimal system solutions within the area of Consumer Data Capture & Governance.

We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value. 

 

  • Identify the appropriate applications or modules within the Consumer Data Capture solution architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Promote optimal use of Consumer Data Platform and Customer Identity and Access Management applications in support of business requirements.
  • Serve as the champion for the Canada market by providing technical expertise and consultancy of Customer Identity and Access Management and Consumer Data Platform in collaboration with external partners and the global product team.
  • Deliver relevant training and support to business teams.
  • Liaise closely with application vendors and/or IT support teams.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant technical expertise in Consumer (First Party) Data Capture systems (CDP and CIAM).
  • Good level of communication skills and customer service-oriented, able to adapt communication style for different levels in a matrix organization and for non-technical business stakeholders.

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Previous experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud/Gigya and/or Acquia CDP applications.
  • Perform facilitation and training of the platforms in easy-to-understand methods while tying in the business functionality processes.
  • Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution of multiple large projects.
