Compensation Range: $98,000 - $120,000

What to Expect:
You will be leading content management activities within our owned channels, including but not limited to our Madewithnestle.ca website always on & campaign landing experiences, CRM and developing channels representing iconic brands such as KitKat, Nescafé, CoffeeMate, and Häagen-Dazs. This includes a combination of leading the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creative/communications to inform and engage our consumers, while partnering with brands / cross-functional partners.
This role works in close partnership with CX, Brand, CRM, Media, eCommerce, Creative Studio and Technology Teams to translate business priorities, consumer insights, and brand strategies into compelling, high-performing content. This position is an existing vacancy.
The key focus areas for the role include the following:
- Integrated Communication Strategy: Mapping the future delivering a consistent, relevant story at every stage of the consumer journey.
- Content Strategy & Management: Own and evolve a content strategy aligned with brand messaging, consumer relevance, and digital ecosystem objectives.
- Content Creation & Deployment: Accountability for aligning content briefs/requirements to partners for content creation through to market deployment.
- Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams, writing teams, agencies and appropriate stakeholders to produce high quality content / comms.
- Impact Reporting: Harness how content performs and what value it drives across owned channels.
A day in the life:
- Be accountable for maintaining high content/creative standards from our partners and regularly assess performance and scale opportunities.
- Ensuring a cohesive content experience for our brands across owned channels.
- Lead Integrated content management processes while maintaining outstanding content calendars for cross-functional alignment.
- Performance reporting and budget management.
- Manage Content Creation, UX Design and Deployment agency partners
Role Requirements
- Completed University Degree (preferred) in Marketing, B. Comm, Communications or similar field
- Extensive (5+ years) experience content marketing, editorial, digital executions and brand story telling
- Significant knowledge in the areas of SEO/LLMO strategy, and Web Analytics
- Foundational knowledge and hand-on use of Ai Content Tools & Operations
- Must be familiar with content management solutions (Adobe CMS, FiGma) , Microsoft Tools, Adobe Firefly, Canva an asset
Preferred Skills
- Demonstratable experience of running sophisticated digital campaigns for brands, CPG preferred.
- Experience of crafting insights from data and reporting, then turning these into specific content improvement actions.
- Understanding in consumer journey mapping concepts.
