Job title: Divisional Coordinator - Waters

Location: North York

Position Summary

We are looking for an Divisional Coordinator based at our Head Office in North York reporting into the BEO Waters. This role will manage and coordinate all key activities for the division, providing assistance to the Nestle Waters BEO and senior management team.

A day in the life of...

As a Divisional Coordinator you will provide assistance and support to the Division Head, as well as the senior management team; you will manage team calendars, coordinating key team activities/ meetings and build a strong contact network across Nestlé to ensure superior response to the teams requirements.

You will also:

  • Monitor and manage all divisional SharePoint sites and marketing systems including ECCnet (new, updates, annual review), new packaging and historical packaging files
  • Oversee product launch process and timelines for the Waters team
  • Compile and coordinate sales force presentation materials for team and ensure timely delivery of all aspects
  • Monitor storage room inventory, printing, stationary, and courier budget to ensure wise use of resources and budget.
  • Manage end to end process of Divisional and Research spending, with an emphasis on Nestlé guidelines, best practice, budget constraints and availability of funds.
  • Manage and track invoices for all Divisional marketing and Research activities. Manage Trade Spend and the invoice tracking and vendor follow ups. Create PO/PR requests and coordinate activities with procurement and finance teams.
  • Act as the Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) ambassador for the division; Attend SH&E meetings, perform floor inspections and track team safety observations.
  • Assist with other projects as required.
What will make you successful

As the successful candidate you will need to be passionate, results focused and have outstanding organisational skills, as well as really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will have excellent computer skills specifically in Power Point, Excel ad Outlook, SAP would also be an asset. Must be able to effectively manage priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market.  Your already developed experience as an Administration Assistant or Divisional Coordinator will give you the skills you need to be successful.

You will also:

  • Ideally have some exposure to Sales and /or Marketing within a Consumer Goods environment
  • Have strong project management skills and the ability to follow through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive and passionate can do attitude, and strong initiative to support the leaders
