Position Summary:
As Manager, Human Resources, you will serve as the dedicated HR partner for the Waters and Premium Beverages team in Canada. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Americas Cluster, with dotted-line accountability to the Canada BEO, you will be a member of the Canada Waters Leadership Team and help translate business priorities into practical people strategies and actions. Supporting a business of approximately $300M in Sales and over 50 employees, you will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational capability, talent, culture and engagement. You will play a critical role in leading transformation initiatives and enabling effective change management to support the business’s future growth and organizational objectives. This is an individual contributor role and requires a commercially minded, hands-on HR leader who can balance strategic partnership with strong day-to-day execution.
A day in the life of the Manager, Human Resources:
As the HR Business Partner for Waters and Premium Beverages, you will work closely with the Canada Waters Leadership Team to advance business and people priorities. You will provide thoughtful counsel, use data and insights to inform decisions, and ensure core people processes are delivered consistently and effectively across the team.
- Serve as a trusted people advisor to the Canada BEO and Canada Waters Leadership Team on business strategy, organization effectiveness, culture, leadership, talent, and employee matters.
- Translate business priorities into an integrated people plan aligned with the Global Waters & Premium Beverages HR priorities and growth ambitions.
- Lead and support organizational design, workforce planning, learning and development, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development for the business.
- Coach leaders to build capability, strengthen team effectiveness, manage performance, and create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Lead transformation initiatives, including restructuring, integration, and change management initiatives. Ensure plans are practical, well communicated, and effectively implemented.
- Partner with HR Centers of Competence and shared-service teams to deliver talent acquisition, total rewards, learning, wellness, and core people processes.
- Use people data, employee insights, and business metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend actions that improve organizational performance and employee experience.
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce Waters & Premium Beverages values and strengthen connection, accountability, and collaboration across the team.
- Ensure sound HR governance and consistent application of company policies, programs, and practices, escalating complex or higher-risk matters to the Head of Human Resources, Americas cluster as appropriate
- Manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality HR support in a lean, fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.
- CHRL designation preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including meaningful HR business partnering experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, integration, restructuring, or significant business change.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect people priorities to commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence using people data and insights to shape recommendations and decisions.
- Excellent coaching, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
- Experience with Total Rewards and HR Operations, including payroll, HRIS, and related core HR processes.
- A practical, hands-on approach, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Compensation Range: $111,000- 146,000 + bonus eligibility
