What to Expect:
You will be responsible for the development of 18-month and 3-year plans for adult and pediatric tube feed platforms, leveraging best in class patient and HCP insights to build engaging brand experiences and successful innovation. Develop HCP and/or patient-centric campaigns that apply transversally across appropriate medical nutrition platforms. Ensure margin enhanced market share growth and brand health, measured by net sales, organic growth, marginal contribution and market share.
A day in the life:
- Identify and define target consumer and HCP profiles. Develop key insights for HCPs, patients, and caregivers, and determine perceived value for both the tube feed platform and transversal medical conditions. Share this information effectively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the Innovation & Renovation team to develop a consumer/patient-centric, technically, and financially validated 5-year plan. Ensure the plan results in Bigger, Bolder, Better Innovation & Renovation.
- Create strong, fully aligned business plans. 18-month Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and 3-year Market Business Strategy (MBS) with commercial sales and medical affairs teams. Lead outstanding execution through cross-functional teams. Propose brand price and promotion strategies for institutions, community, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and reimbursement (where applicable).
- Enhance brand and Health Science credibility by translating insights into action. Develop compelling patient and HCP communication strategies executed through medical sales force and direct-to-HCP tactics. Apply or develop (locally aligned or global) Brand Essence. Lead the Integrated Communication Plan process.
- If applicable, lead and coach cross-functional team members by actively communicating expectations and providing regular feedback..
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years marketing experience, successful and progressive experience from pharma, Over the Counter (OTC)/consumer health, or healthcare industry.
- Science background with a university degree in business (HBA, MBA) or marketing focus and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and/or experience working in Canadian healthcare channels (acute and long-term care institutions, community care and pharmacies) an asset.
- Experience in dealing with regulated categories. Demonstrated competencies and success in marketing fundamentals (4 P's, Marketing/Brand Plans).
- Ability to manage high priority, complex and strategic initiatives. Experience in projects that provide cross functional, cross-divisional or broad company experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing multi-brand, multi-channel, multi-audience (consumer and HCP) marketing communications.
- Experience making actionable recommendations based on market and financial analysis, as there is response to oversee the deployment of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses, aiming to maximize Return on Investment (ROI), market share, and brand health.
