Position Summary

We are looking for a Medical Marketing Manager to join our Nestlé Nutrition team based at the North York office. Reporting to the Medical Channel Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to translate insights and brand strategies into executional tactics across the medical channel. This will include developing the vision, strategies and executional tactics that influence and help in changing behaviours with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

A day in the life of...

As a Medical Marketing Manager, you will be leading the strategic channel direction and executing tactical strategies aligned with marketing brand plans. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life, with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.

 

You will also:
•    Lead the planning, creation and development of the medical marketing materials across all touchpoints
•    Optimize medical marketing mix accelerating in digital (ex. E-detailers; branded websites and media).
•    Develop strong relationships with zone and global counterparts in medical marketing and cross-functionally
•    Gather and analyze insights through internal or external experts, to ensure effectiveness of programs and content.
•    Have an end-to-end understanding of the external medical channel environment
•    Track and evaluate external activity in the medical channel to ensure strategic leadership in the market
 

What will make you successful

As the successful candidate, you will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market.  Your already developed marketing experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager will give you the experience you need to drive this work forward. You will also have:

 

•    Minimum 5 years of Medical Marketing experience in a consumer or pharmaceutical organization
•    Experience working within strict regulatory and legal environments
•    Knowledge of the maternal and infant nutrition landscape in Canada
•    Experience with digital applications and strategies
•    University degree in Business, Marketing or Health Science, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
