Position Summary
We are looking for an eBusiness Manager that will serve as a liaison between the business leadership and IT product teams tasked to deliver AdTech and MarTech Consumer Experience (CX) solutions against business needs. You will bring a deep understanding to opportunities and issues facing the Marketing and eBusiness teams and advise on best solutions. You will report directly to the Marketing, Sales & eBusiness Functional Relationship Manager (FRM).
A day in the life of an eBusiness Manager:
As an eBusiness Manager, you will translate business strategy into AdTech/MarTech CX technology opportunities, then lead the local AdTech & MarTech CX and the product teams to specify, test and deploy new IT system solutions, or to enhance existing ones.
You will also:
• Advocate technical product vision and partner with the market functional leadership to execute the joint business-technology plan.
• Influence (or drive if local) the AdTech and MarTech CX product roadmap in alignment with anticipated local business needs.
• Provide direction to team members responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
• Effectively communicate recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Translate business strategies into new technology platforms and identify required resources to build and sustain.
• Supervise professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level).
• Set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical peers to solve medium to high complex problems.
• Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
