Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will serve as a liaison between business users and IT product teams to sustain and continuously evolve Consumer Engagement Services (CES) & Social Media solutions against business needs. You will report directly to the eBusiness Manager.
A day in the life of a Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bring deep understanding of CES technology powered by Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) to issues facing the local Consumer Experience business team and advise on best solutions. You will manage the key pass for business social accounts. And you will translate business needs into CES & Social Media technology opportunities, and influence IT product teams.
You will also:
• Understand and translate business needs into IS/IT requirements.
• Champion product adoption and continuous UX optimization in the market.
• Manage the product backlog and champion the development and implementation of product enhancements to alleviate pain points.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
• Influence IT product teams to align technology roadmap to address local business needs.
• Identify security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business processes.
• Assess short-term business needs to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities. Consult with IT product teams and propose alternative solutions. Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes.
• User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools.

• Good level of communication skills, able to adapt communication style for different levels in the organization and for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Technical skills to understand, challenge and improve technologies and solutions; ability to adapt and quickly understand new tools such as Sprinklr, BazaarVoice, and Five9.
• Ability to consistently deliver results.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution of multiple large projects.
• Ability to work remotely in a global, multicultural environment, and to operate in a matrix organization.
• Open to new challenges and ways of working.
