Title: Out of Home (OOH) Sales Director

Position Summary
This new role supports our Waters & Premium Beverages business and is dedicated to the Out of Home (OOH) channel, focusing on achieving sales and profit objectives by retaining and growing current customers while acquiring new ones. The position emphasizes leveraging strategic relationships to drive growth in key chains and distributor partners, with responsibilities including leading, managing, and training the OOH team to achieve Nestlé Waters sales and distribution goals. Success in this role is achieved through strong entrepreneurship and change management as we create a dedicated team to serve the channel, collaboration with internal departments and the development of relationships with key stakeholders and sales personnel.
A day in the life of an OOS Sales Director
- Lead the Nestle Waters OOH Sales team, including National accounts, Distributor Management and Field Sales (broker) areas. Drive OOH sales strategy for our Premium International brands Maison Perrier, San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, lead account acquisition across our portfolio of waters and beverages, ensure premium execution and drive aggressive channel growth.
- Lead a team of Key/Account Managers across QSR, FSR, FSM, Office Coffee & GPO channels and collaborate with cross-functional team members to accomplish desired business results for identified categories or Accounts within the National Account team. Lead the development of Customer/ Category plans (JBPs). Manage product listings, programming, transitions, and discontinuations with distributor merchandising and sales teams, while leading negotiation strategies for key regional and national accounts
- Work hand in hand with the broker to lead image account acquisition (restaurants, hotels, bars) and sales development. Define goals and ensure necessary investment is available.
- Lead and manage team to Identify, monitor and address specific issues to achieve NWPB's goals for sales, profitability, share, distribution such as Gap closing initiatives
- Lead the management and negotiation strategy of all National and regional accounts, distributor relationships and street customer sales across the country. Suggests and delivers yearly new account acquisition targets, ensuring focus on both our core (waters) and on growth pools (innovative beverages)
- Develop collaborative relationships with key customer levels and other external contacts
- Co-ordinate and review the distributor strategy on a yearly basis to ensure the right coverage and generating demand are in place to win in the channel. Ensure good alignment of strategies with retail sales team, especially for customers at the border between both channels
What will make you successful?
- Minimum 10 years in commercial operations in OOH, with at least 8 years in sales and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Understands all sales functions
- Builder and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias to finding solutions in an agile and fast paced environment, with a strong ability to not only follow but lead change
- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles
- Successful track record of developing people
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
- Proven experience with premium brands ideally in beverages category (alcoholic or non alcoholic)
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of channel pillars (QSR, Restaurants, Bars, Lodging, Chain Establishments, RTM) and their operational impact on business performance
- Experience working with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for presenting analytics to stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships with influential customers and teams across multiple channels
- Financial acumen and understanding of customer contributions and margin calculations
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time and project management skills

Compensation Range: $135,000- 177,000/yr + bonus eligibility
