Business area: Nestlé Canada
Location: North York, ON located at 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8; Hybrid
What to Expect:
You will be responsible for driving business growth and growing the Imported Premium Waters (IPW) Brands' equity & presence within the Out of Home HORECA Channel (Hotes, Restaurants & Cafes). This role involves developing and implementing effective strategies, business & Route to Market models to profitably grow and maintain accounts & volume in the hospitality industry with a focus on Perrier, San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna brands.
A day in the life:
Business Expansion & development:
- Lead Planning & Execution of IPW Business Development & Route to Market plans in partnership with Nestle Professional, Distributors & Partners.
- Set and achieve sales targets within the HORECA sub channels and regions.
- Establish a framework and process to enable contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to improve revenue
Market Analysis, Insights, Performance & Strategy:
- Lead & support HORECA market research & Insights to define business & volume opportunity, Financials, trends and target HORECA sector channels, clients & regions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business performance & development strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Identify & secure strategic partnership opportunities to maximise IPW brand equity in the market:
- Lead evaluation and implementation of global partnerships execution in Canada for maximum return on investment. Partners include Michelin, Park Hyatt, 50 Best, Nespresso, and more.
- Identify, secure & lead local regional and national partnerships opportunities that will unlock Visibility, Availability & Equity of our brands (100 Best Canada, TasteT, Sobr, Air Canada, Four Seasons, St Joseph Media, RC Tradeshow...)
Marketing and Brand communication:
- Develop and implement HORECA content strategies and effective social media campaigns
- Supervise local events calendar from concept to post-analysis..
- Plan and implement partnership strategies for brand awareness.
- Identify projects requiring PR activities and collaborate with PR Manager
Budget Management:
- Control all B2B Marketing related budget
- Be a great partner with 3rd party suppliers, reviewing performance as required and in line with Nestlé 3rd party supplier management policies
Role Requirements
- Completion of a post secondary certification in business management, or marketing/sales focus and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business Development & HORECA sales or Food Service Sales background
Preferred Skills
- Experience and/or knowledge of Out of Home channel
- Flexible in work timing: open to work evening or weekends, , or when events/on premise execution need to happen, or when industry events are happening
