What to Expect:  

You will support the sales team, in achieving the trade asset performance targets outlined in the Beverage Solutions Strategy. Your responsibilities will include assessing the performance of individual trade assets, developing action plans to meet established goals, providing training and support to the sales team on necessary actions, and supervising progress and performance across different sales territories. This role will be reporting to the Trade Asset manager. 

 

A day in the life: 

  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide guidance aimed at optimizing the performance of our Trade assets, focusing on improving throughput. 

  • Develop and implement measurement and analysis frameworks to assess trade asset performance, advising and supporting the Sales team. 

  • Conduct monthly data analysis and present findings to the Leadership Team (LT). 

  • Lead and influence initiatives across various functions and regions, working in partnership with sales, functional teams, equipment, systems, and other supporting business units to ensure cohesive execution of plans aimed at achieving performance targets. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration planning and execution, coordinating with relevant teams. 

  • Facilitate cross-functional connections with the Trade asset support team, beverages marketing, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution plans. 

  • Provide ongoing communication support to the sales team to ensure alignment and progress in driving strategies, including updates on new trade asset launches, phase-outs, and removals. 

  • Liaise with the Nestle Professional (NP) US technical support team to synchronize execution strategies. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing department and Beverage CSD as needed to develop support initiatives for the sales team, addressing ongoing business requirements to enhance Trade Asset performance. 

  •  

Role Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with a sales, marketing, operations background, or similar position within the CPG (consumer packaged goods) or Food Service industry preferred. 

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or similar subject. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

  • Knowledge of PowerBI 

  • Be able to display excellent communication and project management skills 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
