Our proposition:

 

You will work in Nestlé Research Plant Science unit and precisely in Plan & Nutrition Department. You will join a team whose missions will be to evaluate new sources of plant based proteins for milk or meat alternatives product development. The Team demonstrate the added value in concept or prototype. You will support the team regarding biochemistry analysis (composition, protein digestibility) for the different seeds prioritized. You will also evaluate to added value of the seeds/ingredients produced (taste, functionnality and story telling).

 

Your daily mission:

 

  • Biochemical analysis - collect data and present key results
  • Translate seed/ingredient composition into nutritional attributes for end product
  • Propose concept/prototype to highlight added value of new ingredients
  • Ensure compliance and respect of existing procedure

 

Requirements:

 

  • You will follow a Food Engineering program
  • You have knowledge in Biochemisty, nutritionist, food engineering, product developer
  • Curious and open minded, results oriented, proactive and team player, English speaker, French is a plus
  •  A previous experience in product or Prototype development is prefered
