Dispatch Planner (m/f)

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and execution of the daily dispatch process based on the replenishment plan and forecasts driven from supply network planning / sales orders
  • Work to balance daily and weekly outbound
  • Manage exceptions to the execution process
  • Problem solve driver and/or carrier issues
  • Collaborate with customers and other functional departments to ensure an excellent level of flexibility to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain regular communication on customer service updates with internal customers
  • Responsible for maximize trucks utilization
  • Ensure on-time pickup performance and on-time freight delivery
  • Monitor salvage stock and take appropriate action to minimize write off
  • Manage for all export documentation flow, accuracy and compliance with Customs Clearance

Our expectations:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience, in at least one of the following areas in an FMCG company:
    • Logistics
    • Materials handling
    • Customer service
    • Supply Planning
  • Understanding of best practices, implications, alignment points and benefits of:
    • Warehouse management
    • Transport management
    • Inventory counting
    • Production scheduling
    • Quality management
  • SAP knowledge would be preferable
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
