Logistics Coordinator

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure implementing, monitoring and managing safety, health and environment as well as quality regulations within the warehouse
  • Ensure the correct construction, control and management of the logistics budget
  • Collaboration with customers and other functional departments
  • Select, engage, motivate and manage the team
  • Ensure that all materials are receipted in line with Nestle best practices
  • Ensure that perpetual inventory checks are carried out in line with the prescribed schedule and that any stock adjustments are investigated, ensuring full inventory record accuracy in our systems
  • Effective management of physical inbound and outbound of finished and semi-finished goods as well as raw and pack materials, ensuring optimal arrange of goods and reducing movement losses to a minimum
  • Minimum two years of relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role in warehouse management
  • Experience in the management of projects such as:
    • Warehouse design
    • Distribution network redesign
    • Automatization in logistics
    • Customer logistics
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Fluent Polish
  • Experience in LEAN/TPM environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to balance priorities
  • Ability to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of one’s job
