Employer Branding Specialist (m/f)

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of an external communication strategy and employer branding for the needs of the factory (including preparation of messages and other external communication content, running an intranet website)
  • Supervision over the running of dedicated company channels in social media
  • Building a micro-community among employees commuting to Nestle Purina
  • Creating content for EB activities with the support of the agency
  • Establishing, implementing and coordinating a media plan in line with the budget (billboards, radio advertising, local press articles, etc.).
  • Participation and organization of external events building brand awareness: including the organization of job fairs, conferences, trips, workshops and cooperation with Wrocław universities
  • Communication support for projects carried out in the Communication and CSR Department
  • Running projects as a part of employee volunteering

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required
  • Three to five years of experience in recruiting, emarketing or social media promotions
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Recruiting and marketing expertise, and extensive knowledge of social media.
  • Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
  • Creative and well-organized
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong project management skills
