Process and Product Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of PPRSA (Product Platform Regulatory Scientific Affair) Factory Specialists, fostering their competencies and expertise.
• Provide technical leadership as the PPRSA Factory Specialist representative in the factory, encompassing Product, Process, Formulation, and Ingredients.
• Proactively network to share information and best practices across factories and central teams.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects in the factory, driving product and process-related quality improvements to consistently achieve product superiority.
• Oversee Ingredient and Formulation activities related to the implementation of I&R projects and daily formula optimization.
• Ensure product maintenance, sustainability, and operational support for the assigned portfolio, collaborating effectively with others.

Our expectations:

• Master’s (MSc) or Bachelor’s (BSc) degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations (factory, Center of Excellence) and/or Research & Development (R&D).
• Proven experience in a factory setting is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals or managing teams indirectly.
• Strong background in managing strategic and complex projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to effectively leverage professional networks.
• Act as an ambassador for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Capacity to adapt swiftly to new situations and drive change.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership competencies.
