Utilities Leader  (m/f)

( Project Team)

 Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

 

  • Effective management of a subordinate team and contractors to meet project timing within described scope and budget
  • Preparing budget estimation, timing and scope for new projects
  • Obtaining utilities supply for next phases
  • Reporting progress of work to Project Manager
  • Ensure proper communication and close cooperation with factory
  • Preparing contracts with cooperation of legal and procurement
  • Comply with and enforce factory health and safety, GMP and other operating systems
  • Develop safety culture
  • Ensure that all utilities-related activities enhance people's and product's safety as well as protection of the environment and operations performance

Our expectations:

 

  • Higher degree in engineering (preferably related to utilities)
  • Min 5 years of experience in a technical field
  • Personnel supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing own team and contractors
  • Participation in the development major projects, defining technical equipment as a part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Participation in the start-up, commissioning of technical equipment or production lines
  • Work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
  • Very good organization of own and team work, ability to set priorities
  • High personal culture
  • Fluent English

  • LEAN/TPM experience
  • Problem-solving tools knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Valid sanitary results
