Production Engineer (m/f)

Investment Department

Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver specialised and training support to operators in their area
  • Support renovation and innovation processes for the new products and technologies
  • Ensure processes and equipments in their area of competence are safe for people, products and environment
  • Direct involvment in new line’s start-up by: revision of techonolgies and planned processes during project design and implementation phase

 

Our expectations:

 

  • Master degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the corresponding production or technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
  • Minimum 3 years field experience, as a former Shift Leader / Lead Operator or supporting his/her area of expertise
  • Successful deployment of known technologies or solutions
  • General personnel supervision experience (mainly on technical activities)
  • Participation in the development of problem-solving projects
  • Participation in the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Analytical skills in problem solving
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Cerified electrical qualifications (1st and 2nd group)

Additional expectations:

 

  • LEAN/TPM experience
  • SAP knowledge
  • Valid sanitary results
