Responsibilities:

• Coordination of design for Civil, structural and architecture (CSA) with external design company
• Keep up to date with lasts standards, requirements, and regulations for CSA
• Coordinate and collaborate with other project departments responsible for technology in issuing design guidelines and planning deliveries and installations
• Control construction related costs, participate in budgeting for new projects and maintain building cost database
• Participate in value engineering workshops to optimize building cost and timing as well as sustainability
• Inspection of the Contractor's documentation, including verification that the documentation complies with Nestle's specifications and contract terms and conditions
• Maintain technical records including preparing requests for proposals, responses to contractor inquiries, meeting notes, reports and presentations.
• Supervision of compliance with health and safety rules

• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad
• Communicative English language skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Commitment, openness and creativity

Additional expectations:

• Experience of working on a construction project
• Knowledge of MS Project, Revit
• Experience with BIM coordination
• Willingness to travel (upto 25% of the time)
