Logistics and Automation Digitalization Specialist(m/f)

 (Technical Hub, central role)

at Nestlé Purina in Wrocław/Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

As part of the technical Hub you be we responsible to share warehouse technology of the future within Zone Europe at Nestle Purina. Working in a cross functional team to lead warehousing solution definition withing several capital investment projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Provided detailed design standards and requirements for integrated warehousing solution
• Define AGV requirements through simulation
• Lead activities related to design review with solution provide, design integrator and end user
• Actively participate in procurement activities related to WH solution
• Ensuring the user requirements are implemented by the supplier with Project leader
• Ensuring safety is embedded in system design for WH & AGV
• Coordination with other project function (Production, Multipacking, Electrical Installations, Safety) and with Factory – on hardware and software level
• Create standards for AGV systems for few European  locations

Our expectations:

• Preferred Master’s or Bachelor’s degree: Supply chain / Logistics/ Automation Engineering
• Knowledge about management software – SAP
• Basic Electrical knowledge (power distribution, low current IT: WiFi and Ethernet communication)
• Experience working with automated warehouse (ASRS)
• Familiarity with reviewing and approving of technical documentation
• Good Communication skills, motivation and interpersonal skills
• Organization and Planning capability
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Knowledge about Microsoft Project will be an additional advantage
• Good proficiency in English languages
• Ready to travel ( Europe)
