Product and Process Specialist (m/f)

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

Ensure best in class manufacturing of food for pets, particularly cats
Coordinate in factory renovation and innovation processes for the new products and technologies
Ensure application of process standards and participate in line & product performance improvement initiatives
Conducting trials with production cooperation
Provide input on Capex needs, Raw Material handling and processing
Participation in the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment

Our expectations:

MSc in Food, Engineer or Technology or any other Biological Science
Minimum 2 years of experience in the corresponding production or technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods
Experience in product development and project management
Successful deployment of known technologies or solutions
Participation in the development of problem-solving projects
Upper-intermediate level of English
Proficiency in MS Office
Analytical skills in problem solving
Good communication and teamwork skills

Additional expectations:

LEAN/TPM experience is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
GMP and Quality Management Systems
