Production Shift Manager (m/f)

in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Responsibilities:

Ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the production plan with full compliance
Organize shift work, develop and coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements
Achieve total production costs and target savings

Our expectations:

Master degree in food sciences or engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience – preferably food, consumer goods or automotive industry
Leadership and coaching skills
High level of communication and teamwork skills
Upper-intermediate English and Polish level
Proficiency in MS Office
Certified electrical qualifications (1st and 2nd group)
Problem-solving tools knowledge
