Production Shift Manager (m/f)
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the production plan with full compliance
- Organize shift work, develop and coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements
- Achieve total production costs and target savings
Our expectations:
- Master degree in food sciences or engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience – preferably food, consumer goods or automotive industry
- Leadership and coaching skills
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
- Upper-intermediate English and Polish level
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Certified electrical qualifications (1st and 2nd group)
- Problem-solving tools knowledge
