Senior Brand Manager Medical Nutrition Adult (Oosterhout)

Within our Nestlé Health Science Benelux team we are looking for a Benelux Senior Brand Manager Medical Nutrition Adults for enteral tube feeding (Peptamen, Isosource, Novasource, Impact, Compleat), acute care products (Oral Impact, Vivonex Ten) and medical devices (Compat). Your main responsibility will be defining a vision, strategies and execution of actions in line with these strategies.
Main responsibilities:
• Set up a platform vision and business strategy based on global, regional and local market strategies and in parallel define short-term actions to successfully attain the vision both for BELUX and NL.
• Plan and execute yearly marketing plans in line with the foreseen budgets and in line with the business strategy.
• Identify new product and service ideas and develop realistic business cases to gain global and local approval.
• Plan and execute 4 monthly cycle plans in order to guide the sales team in line with the marketing strategy
• Track the performance of the brands and the products in the market and take necessary actions to successfully reach KPI’s
• Build customer and consumer insights, disease related insights and competitive insights in order to further develop the brands strengths in the Benelux market
• Organize scientific events, meetings and show strong presence in related congresses with key stakeholders in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Ensure correct product supply and product information in close collaboration with related parties such as planning, medical affairs and regulatory affairs
• Manage a KOL network in order to stimulate the product acceptance in the market.
We are looking for:
• You are someone with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management in the healthcare/medical/hospital sector (with an expertise in Enteral Nutrition).
• Strong knowledge of the health care system (incl. reimbursement, facility companies, private insurance) in The Netherlands (and preferably Belgium & Luxemburg).
• Bachelor or Master diploma Marketing preferably combined with strong digital communication skills.
• Dynamic, stress-resistant, flexible and a strong networker and team player.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French and/or German is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis to the Head office in Belgium.
