Reporting to: Oinofyta Factory Controller
Contract duration: permanent

 

Position summary
Trusted professional who provides insight and supports reporting and cost performance improvement. This role has exposure to all aspects of factory operation and works closely with factory leadership and shopfloor teams with the purpose of forecasting, budgeting, and tracking performance.

 

A day in the life…

  • Facilitating the Annual Cost Estimate (ACE) preparation and periodical revisions
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analyses are available (weekly/monthly/adhoc) to enable decision making
  • Making and/or implementing sound recommendations to improve cost performance and tracking of such cost saving initiatives
  • Preparation/coordination of period end closing (PEC) at factory level through collaboration with factory teams
  • Supporting the development of Innovation & Renovation product & project launches from a finance lens (i.e. cost modelling)
  • Acting as point of contact for general type of services within factory operation


What makes you successful

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of financial/quantitative analysis experience is a must
  • Effective analysis/synthesis skills
  • Agile, service-oriented, team player
  • Ability to manage multiple requests from different stakeholders
  • Strong PC literacy (Excel & SAP)
  • Fluency in English
