Position summary 
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of the Technical Store, considering people safety, food safety, access control, inventory accuracy, NGMP, production schedule, severity of failure, availability of tools and parts as well as the prioritization of activities. Moreover, follow up and coordinate some of the maintenance activities of the department, while performing the purchase requisitions of the spare parts and maintenance activities. Last but not least, serve as key link to other stakeholders: Technicians, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance supervisor, Operational Buyer, Production, Quality.

A day in the life… 

• M&I: Enable world class maintenance by providing the right spare parts at the right time in the right conditions, for all maintenance activities, including Extraordinary Maintenance. 
• Use AMM as tool to ensure proper Technical Store management and power BIs for reporting.    
• Budget Management: Support with technical store data to build a zero based maintenance budget. Drive the Technical Store financial tracking and forecast linked to planned maintenance.    
• Technical Stores: Drive in a teamwork and proactive way the technical store, as service provider to the Engineering team. Track and manage in an open and visual way all technical stores performance indicators, interacting with the users (e.g. Eng Team, Controller, Production, etc.). Interact with the procurement team to improve the life cycle cost of spares and run and secure the P2P procedure. Properly manage in association with project team the new or the remaining parts from project activities.    
• SHE/Energy/Water Management: Ensure the technical store assets and activities respect all requirements on safety, food safety, environment, water and energy consumption at the site by analyzing the potential impact of any variables (e.g. flammable materials, chemicals and lubricants storage, spares for food contact, low consumption motors, safe location of parts, safe condition of shelves, etc.).    
   

What makes you successful 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a technical field would be a plus, preferable food processing or consumer goods industry (as Storekeeper, Technician, Maintenance Planner, Supervisor or other similar position).
• Recommended to have participated in basic SHE and Food Safety training.
• Strongly recommended to have experience with IT systems (Windows or SAP environment) as well experience in tech organization of stores, technical workshops or similar workplaces.
• Recommended to have had exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and maintenance execution.   
• Basic exposure to coordination or planning of maintenance activities, considering safety, food safety and other constrains. Basic exposure to equipment and spare parts used in: instrumentation and control, industrial services, electricity, general food and beverage industry
