Position level: M

A day in the life of...

• Operate and maintain production lines with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Ensure Safety and Quality standards at the line.
• Participate in projects for improvement of machine or operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize unplanned stoppages.
• Follow TPM (Total Performance Management) routines to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.

What Will Make You Successful

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrological from Technical Institute)
• Strong understanding of technical processes and production workflows.
• Familiarity with automation systems and maintenance practices.
• Problem solving capabilities.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Ability to work in shifts.
