POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Human Resources specialists look after Nestlé employees for the duration of their stay with the company. With the employees’ wellbeing firmly in mind, our HR team makes sure that everyone’s pay arrives on time, that the benefit package offers a good selection and that training is varied. It is quite clear that our HR department has its fingers in quite a few pies important to the company. The team knows how to attract, motivate and keep qualified staff. Will you want to stay?
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:
• Act as People co Pilot of the factory, create and execute People Strategy focused on attraction, development and retain of employees, together with the team coordinate and execute workforce Planning for Zora
• Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes.
• Work with leaders to define team and organizational development needs to design and facilitate delivery of solutions e.g. team development events.
• Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development, implement business unit succession planning / talent management plans that support business goals.
• Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co operation, give input to difficult individual employee situations, legal cases, employee relations issues.
• Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:
• Experience of working in a Factory environment with exposure to Industrial Relations and matrix environment , creation, implementation, and execution of people strategies
• Have hands on experience with HR related processes e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and deep practical knowledge of labor code
• Understand Financial & Non-Financial Business results, & the HR / People impact.
• Line Management experience
• Speak fluent English AND Czech/Slovak
