As Machine Quality Senior Specialist at Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages, your mission is to build trust and deliver outstanding consumer experiences by embedding food safety, compliance and quality into beverage systems of both Nespresso and Nestlé Dolce Gusto from the earliest design stages. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with project managers, category teams, factories, regulatory and legal partners, consumer services and suppliers. How you’ll make an impact as a Machine Quality Senior Specialist

  • Safeguarding food safety, regulatory compliance and consumer expectations throughout beverage-system development.
  • Embedding quality by design across new products, packaging, machines and production lines to improve right-first-time delivery.
  • Driving robust validation plans, quality requirements and process capability from ideation through technical approval and launch.
  • Anticipating quality risks through root-cause analysis, risk assessment and failure mode analysis, enabling pragmatic decisions.
  • Resolving quality issues with factories and consumer service teams and ensuring corrective actions strengthen future developments.
  • Building quality capability by coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge across sites and turning project lessons into continuous improvement.

  • Bringing strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety, good manufacturing practices, product development and manufacturing.
  • Applying root-cause analysis, risk analysis and failure mode analysis to complex design and production challenges.
  • Using project management skills to align priorities, manage several developments and deliver practical solutions.
  • Collaborating assertively and transparently, influencing decisions while balancing quality requirements with business realities.
  • Demonstrating agility and adaptability while navigating complexity, shifting priorities and evolving project needs.
  • Communicating fluently and effectively in English across all levels of the organization; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
