As a NeStep talent in Packaging Innovation at the Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee, your mission is to support the development and implementation of more sustainable paper-based packaging solutions for coffee products while helping deliver a superior consumer experience. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with packaging specialists, project teams, internal research and development partners, marketing, business teams, operations, laboratories and external suppliers. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep talent in Packaging Innovation

• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative paper-based packaging solutions for coffee products, including flexible and rigid formats.
• Contributing to packaging material changes from plastic to paper while helping maintain functionality, quality and consumer experience.
• Coordinating laboratory activities, technical testing and trials, then turning results into clear summaries and recommendations for project teams.
• Collaborating with internal partners and external suppliers to explore new materials, packaging formats and technical solutions.
• Creating mock-ups, prototypes, sketches or renderings that bring new packaging concepts to life and support decision-making.

What will make you successful

• Master’s graduate in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design or a related field, with a strong interest in packaging innovation.
• Being agile, organized and proactive, with the ability to manage several activities, adapt to evolving priorities and turn technical information into clear insights.
• Having strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to work with laboratories, project teams, business partners and suppliers.
• Having fluency in English; French is an asset.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
  
  

Eligibility criteria

• Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months). 
• Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
